Wine making

The word “Testal” in Veronese dialect means the beginning of the vine row. The grape clusters with best sun and air exposure stay on the vine for a brief raisin on the plant. They are late-harvested. Testal is aged in Tonneaux for 16 months. In the wine we have 90% Corvina grape, which gives the structure, the body and the classic characteristics of the Valpolicella area. The little percentage of other indigenous grape varieties personalizes this product.
