Taste: rounded, structured, with soft tannins and long lasting.

Wine making

Drying: short, on the plant.
Fermentation: spontaneous, with indigenous yeasts, in steel tanks for 12 days.
Maturation: 16 months in Tonneaux. Bottle aging: 4 months.
